Terms and Conditions

SHIPPING:

-All sales are final once they have shipped.

-A 20% restocking fee may apply to refund requests on shipped orders including those drop shipped by Warp9.

-Refunds are only sent to those who have returned products that are completely unused and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase not to include shipping either way.

-The customer is solely responsible for all VAT/TAX for international shipment on delivery and returns.

-Items drop shipped by Warp9 are not within our shipping control as they are submitted to that company. We don't stock the inventory on site.

-Please allow up to 5 business days processing time before an order shipped by us leaves our facility.

WARRANTY:

-We offer a 1 year warranty on products sold by us that break at no fault of the customers. This policy is in effect for all products unless something stipulating otherwise is signed by the customer and E-Moto Bros. Shall we choose to dissolve the company for any reason, the warranty will be applicable only until we are no longer in business if that happens inside the 1 year period.

-For products not produced by us (ASI, EggRider, etc.) we can only warranty with a new product if the product is in a condition in which it can be warrantied by the company we purchase from. A used (like new) replacement may be offered instead or a new one can be purchased at a discounted rate if the condition is too poor for replacement. Poor conditions may include, painting, physically broken pieces, improvised modifications, DIY repairs, improper useage, etc. Specific instances of improper useage that'll void the warranty can be found on the product page for the item in question.

-For international shipments, our 1 year warranty still applies, though you will be responsible for the increased shipping rates.
